Helen Chen A principal at PBD Consulting, Helen has eight years of experience in private equity, with Texas Pacific Group and management consulting, with AT Kearney. She has been involved in projects ranging from deal generation to portfolio management to final exit. Prior to that, she held various corporate finance and marketing positions at Applied Materials, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer in California. David has built and run operations for a wide range of Blue Chip Companies in UK and US: Lloyds TSB, Sallie Mae, British Gas, Wells Fargo, and Capital One. He commenced his career in consulting working 8 years for Bain and Co. in Europe, Asia and the US. On leaving the army he read for his MBA at Bradford university.
